This download comes with everything your kids need to create their very own fish tank scene. There are two different fish tank backgrounds to choose from, allowing them to pick the one they like best. One background is simple, and the other has more detailed decorations for kids who want a little more design to work with.
Along with the backgrounds, there’s a page full of different fish they can cut out and place in their tank. Another page includes plants and decorations to add some extra details to their underwater world. To make things even more fun, I added a few extra items, like fish food, a net, and a bag—just like the ones you get at the pet store when buying a fish.
My son got especially creative with this part, pasting one of the fish into the little bag, pretending it was just like when you buy fish at the store. He also had fun pretending to feed the fish with the fish food cutout and even used the net to “scoop” up the fish out of his tank. It was a great way for him to add some imaginative play to the project!
